Step One
Contact Us - Quote Provided
Get in touch with us about your job. We will provide a price and timeframe estimate for your job. From here, we will book in a free initial consultation to discuss requirements and ideas for your project (either on site or via zoom/teams). After the initial consultation, a full quote for our services will be given.
Step Two
Concept Sketch & Plans
We will provide initial floor plans based on the project brief from our initial consultation. The design can be changed as many times as required. We will make sure you are completely satisfied with the floor plan design before progressing to working drawings.
Step Three
Working Drawings
Once you are happy with the initial design, we will get working on a full set of working drawings. This includes (but is not limited to) site plans, floor plans, roof plans, elevations, sections, landscape plans, etc. These drawings will be provided to you for comment, and can be changed as many times as required.
Step Four
Approval & Construction
Once the completed plans have been signed off, we will complete all the required forms and documents, and get the project lodged for DA and/or BA. We will liaise with any other required external consultants for you (engineers/surveyors/etc), and track the DA process, keeping you updated along the way. Lastly, we can put you in touch with some highly regarded local builders to provide a quote for your job.

Yes, generally all of our quotes are fixed price quotes. In unique situations, we do offer our services at an hourly rate. Further, any unknowns or anything outside the scope of the quote may attract additional charges. Our team will always discuss this with you before going ahead with anything.

Yes, we complete all documents for the approvals process, and guide you on anything external that you need to do. This could be anything from appointment of builder forms, to energy ratings, to structural engineering.
